What Makes Me So Passionate About Stress Easy?

My greatest inspiration in life comes from learning how to embrace and wear my scars with strength and grace. Right now, women are looking for those who are not afraid to be transparent and talk about real life issues. They need not only a voice but relatability along with practical tools they can use to help them in their situation. My ability to relate to women and share my story, without shame, and how stress almost cost my life until I decided I wanted to chart a different path forward by regaining my peace as a lifestyle and not a luxury. It shifted my perspective regarding stress. It’s not about alleviating it but the bigger question is how well we manage it. I am a walking example that you can S.M.I.L.E. through stress and thrive.
